Not entirely satisfied with your ICONIC SILKS purchase? We will happily provide you with a full refund excluding shipping cost on your items as long as your return meets our requirements (original package, no damage on the item).

To start a return, please get in touch with us at hi@iconicsilks.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label in the next 48 business hours with other next steps, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

We have a 60 days return policy. You can return your item for a different product, or get a refund to the original payment method.
